Stress management strategy. If you can not avoid a stressful situation, try to change it. Figure out what you can do to change things so the problem can not arise in the future. Often it's changing the way you communicate and function in your daily life.

Expressing your feelings instead of "bottle" them in yourself.

If something or someone bothering you to communicate your questions in an open and respectful manner. Poor timing can cause much stress. When you are tense because of bad timing, it's hard to be calm and focused. But if you plan ahead and make sure you do not charge you too much, you can alter the amount of stress you experience. Better time management makes you a better person.
